We accept all Women's, Men's and Kids' apparel with the exception of innerwear, swimwear and socks.

Any condition — stained, ripped or broken is fine. We only ask that you launder everything before it goes into the bag. Once received we sort and recycle your items for a second life — from new textiles to insulation, furniture batting and padding — sending nothing to landfill.

How do the products get recycled?
Items are sorted by fibre and condition. Wearable pieces are redistributed; the rest are mechanically recycled into new yarn, insulation, furniture batting and industrial padding. Nothing goes to landfill.
How does the Give Back Bag work?
Once you book, we ship a Give Back Bag within 48 hours. It reaches you in 2 to 4 days. Fill it, then tap the WhatsApp link we send you (or use the Tooused app) to mark it ready. We collect from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours of that. No printing, no packaging needed.
How long do I have to fill the bag?
There is no rush — take a few days if you need. Nothing is collected until you mark the bag as ready. Minimum 3 pieces, maximum 5 per give back.
How do I get my credits?
Credits are provisional when you book and are confirmed within 48 hours of our quality check, once the bag reaches our facility. You will hear from us the moment they land.
Can I send items from other brands?
Yes. Any brand, any condition — just make sure everything is laundered.
